Eastern Region of Iota Phi Theta® Fraternity, Inc. will be hosting its 2024 Eastern Regional Conference, in Virginia Beach, Virginia beginning on Thursday, April 18th through Sunday, April 21, 2024. The conference will be hosted at the Holiday Inn Virginia Beach – Norfolk (5655 Greenwich Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23462)

Additional Information:
- Fees Include One Table and Two Chairs per Vendor Space.
- Vendor Space Location.
- One (1), Vendor Sign.
- Additional tables are $45.00 each (2 additional tables Maximum)
- The acceptable form of payment for Vendor registration fees is electronic payment. An invoice will be sent out upon application acceptance and approval.
- All vendors must be approved by the Regional Office and are required to have their valid vendor acceptance letter on-premise to participate on the day.
- AD space in the Souvenir Journal can be purchased upon request for more exposure to your merchandise.
*** Vendor Booth Electricity and the Internet will be handled directly with the host hotel. Please indicate if you need electricity or internet upon submitting your application***
Vendors may arrive and set up beginning Thursday, April 18th, 2024 at 04:00 PM.
Vendors will be allowed to set up from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM on Friday and Saturday.
