The Atlantic Region of Iota Phi Theta® Fraternity, Inc. will be hosting its 2024 Regional Conference, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania beginning on Thursday, April 25th through Sunday, April 28, 2024. The conference will be hosted at the Hilton Harrisburg (One North Second Street Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17101-1601). We are looking forward to three (3) full days of learning, networking, and fellowshipping with members from all around the east coast. Please review the information below before completing your vendor application and registration.

- Iota National Licensed Vendor: $100.00
- Iota Phi Theta® Fraternity, Inc. Financial Member (Licensed Vendor): $50.00
- Iota Phi Theta® Fraternity, Inc. Financial Member (Non-Licensed Vendor): $100.00
- Non-Licensed Vendor with novelty items (Non-Greek Items): $150.00
- Service Organization Exhibitor: $50.00
- Additional Tables: $25.00 each (1 additional table Maximum)
- Late Fee: $50 (Applied to price after April 12)
Additional Information:
- Fees include One (1) Table and Two (2) Chairs per Vendor Space.
- Vendor Space Location and One (1) Vendor Sign
- The acceptable form of payment for Vendor registration fees is electronic payment.
- All vendors must be approved by the Regional Office and are required to have their valid vendor acceptance letter on-premises to participate on the day.
- Each vendor will only be allowed to bring one (1) additional table of their own.
*** Vendor Booth Electricity and the Internet will be handled directly with the host hotel. Please indicate if you need electricity or internet upon submitting your application***
Vendors may arrive and set up beginning Thursday, April 25th, 2024 at 03:00 PM.
Vendors will be allowed to set up from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Friday and Saturday.
